The Fallen Star of Demomathi is a dice supplement for your Dungeons & Dragons or Call of Cthulhu scenarios and campaigns. Using the Falling Star of Demomathi will tip the scales of fate with its wondrous but yet horrifying powers. The symbols on each face of the die hold unique properties that past owners of this artifact would call "A chaotic wonder of the cosmos".

SUMMARY OF THE DICE

The Falling Star of Demomathi has an added level of risk and reward for the players who choose to brave its powers for their adventures. The symbols represent a mixture of the forever conflict of positive and negative effects that balances the universe. Good and bad. Light and dark, as well as the grey area between of compromise. The balance of the star is split into thirds for positive, mixed and negative effects. Ultimately testing the chaotic scales of the universe in your favor or your demise.

THE FALLEN STAR OF DEMOMATHI DIE:

WHAT IS NEEDED:

You only need The Fallen Star of Demomathi Die and the effects sheet to decipher the glyph's on each of the faces of the die.

THE SATCHEL:

The Fallen Star of Demomathi is always found in a small satchel bearing the Sigil of Demomathi. The satchel appears empty, with no additional weight or bulk. When a player reaches into the Satchel for the first time, the Fallen Star materializes in their hand, automatically attuning itself. Once the Fallen Star is attuned, it will only appear for that player; anyone else will find the Satchel empty.

 

The Fallen Star produces one effect per day. Once an effect is triggered, The Fallen Star of Demomathi disintegrates, reappearing after midnight in the Satchel, but only for the attuned player.

GENERAL COMBAT USE:  When thrown in combat, or used as ammunition in a sling, etc., a standard ranged attack roll is made. If the attack is successful, the target takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage and the Knuckle is rolled.

Consult The Fallen Star of Demomathi’s Effects Table to determine which effect occurs. The Fallen Star then disintegrates, reappearing in the Satchel after midnight.

 

The Fallen Star of Demomathi only disintegrates when an effect is triggered, and effects can only be triggered by the player to which the Fallen Star is attuned.
